  • Participant Name
  • Location (country, institution, and position)
  • Contact details
  • Whether funded or applying for scholarship (if funded, expected source will be requested)
  • Whether planning to submit an abstract (scholarships will favor those with accepted abstracts)

The ICIUM Organizing Committee will promptly acknowledge receipt of your application via e-mail. In the unlikely even that an e-mail acknowledgment is not received, please contact ICIUM2011@msh.org.

Abstract submission is now closed.

Admission to ICIUM 2011 and notification of acceptance

The ICIUM Organizing Committee has been reviewing registration applications since August 2010. Due to the change in conference dates and venue, the application process was suspended, but has now reopened. Potential participants are welcome to apply to the conference and qualified applicants will be admitted on a rolling basis, depending on expected contributions to the conference and funding status. If you are admitted and have a source of funding you will be invited to register and pay. If you are admitted and do not have a source of funding, you will be entered into the pool of scholarship applicants. ICIUM 2011 organizers will support your application to potential external funders. You will be admitted to the conference when scholarship funding has been obtained or you find other funding. Receipt of payment or scholarship support will trigger your acceptance to participate in the conference.

Once you have been accepted, you will be sent an official confirmation letter for use in visa applications and requests for travel clearance.
